It’s official, I have been accepted into the Disney College Program and will be moving to Florida in January and working at Walt Disney World. This has been my dream since I was a little kid, and it is finally coming true. Thank you to all who have supported me to get to this dream. Remember, all your dreams can come true if you have the courage to pursue them. I honestly cannot control myself right now, I am so happy.

I waited 2 weeks and one day for my answer and let me tell you... that wait was not easy!!
Alright, so the Web Based Interview is the second part of the Disney College Program Application Process. The first being submitting your application. Disney College Recruiting is doing the application process a little different this semester, normally they give everyone Web Based Interviews, but this term they are taking the time to look over your application and then deciding if you are moving onto the Web Based Interview part of the application. This email gives all this information below!
This email does say that you will have an update regarding your status of the application no later than November 15th, which means you will get your WBI by that date. Please do not feel discouraged if you did not get your WBI yet, it will come I promise! They are just taking the time to look over your application! They have received so many applications this term!
But, on with the WBI, it is basically a big personality test. It asks you questions, just like a standard online interview does, it is timed though so make sure you are ready!
Here are some tips for the WBI:
Take your time! Even though it is timed you have 20-45 seconds to answer each question so don't stress out!
Answer Strongly!
Don'y stress out - It is the worse thing you can do and will make you think you are over guessing everything!
Basically, that is all about the WBI it really isn't anything to stress over! :)
First off, I want to say Happy September yall! I know it is September 21st, but trust me it has been such a busy month for me... do you care to ask why? I APPLIED TO THE DISNEY COLLEGE PROGRAM! Yes that's right! I am sure most of you know if you follow me on twitter and tumblr, but I thought I would share a post anyways! :)
Applications opened on Thursday, September 5th, 2013 around 9:45 AM and trust me I was squealing and so excited, but I had to go to class so I had to wait till 3:15 to apply... 3:15! By the time I calmed down and applied, I sent my application in around 4:30 I started to relax, but in reality my body was screaming and so excited! I was running around my dorm hall saying I MIGHT BE A DISNEY CAST MEMBER, and yes.. there were stares. But I mean.. WHO WOULDN'T BE EXCITED?
So then, I waited for what felt like 8 years... just to get my confirmation email. I got that email at 7:09 PM and this is what it said:
Seeing this I was like... I MIGHT HAVE TO WAIT TILL NOVEMBER 15TH? Yeah, I was freaking out because in the past they normally automatically sent you your web based interviews, but I was lucky enough to receive the WBI email only 20 minutes after getting the confirmation email! :)
I passed the Web Based Interview and casually started crying my eyes out because I got an email saying I was a strong candidate and was invited to schedule my phone interview!
I scheduled my phone for September 9th, at 12:45 PM... 3 days after my application and Web Based Interview... My heart was racing I was so happy and nervous at the same time. I was basically Lottie for about 3 hours.
