About Me

Mahalo and welcome to my blog! As time goes on I realized that I should make an actual blog so I can give you guys a story on who I actually am and my journey to Disney. Alright, now that we've taken care of business, let's talk about me. My name is Marisa, and I'll be your guide during this magical journey through my Disney blog. It's the perfect job for me because I love all things Disney. 

I am an eighteen year old girl who is currently living in North Carolina (I say currently because I am moving to Florida in January!). Ever since I can remember Disney has been a huge part of me, and more importantly my life, a dedication, and an honor. Disney is much more to me than just the parks and movies, it is hard to explain. My dream in life is to be a cast member and no matter what journeys I have to go through to make that happen, I will.  Disney makes me truly happy and is something that I will always have. I have been to Disney 46 times, and my heart still drops every time I see the Castle or even go under the gates to Walt Disney World. 

I am obsessed with the Haunted Mansion, and the Polynesian, but I do have other Disney favorites as well. Magic Kingdom is my favorite park since it is the most magical place on earth. The Haunted Mansion is my favorite ride, Wishes is my favorite firework show, and the Polynesian is my favorite resort. Nothing makes me happier than sticking my feet in the sand and watch Wishes across The Seven Seas Lagoon. Snow White is my favorite princess, and I aspire to be her. Being in Disney just gives me a feeling of happiness, and I only hope that I can eventually share the magic with others each day. 

On September 24th, 2013 I was accepted into the Disney College Program for the Walt Disney World Resort for Spring Advantage 2014. I was accepted with the Merchandise role and will be living my dream by living and working in Walt Disney World from January to August! I am going to use this blog to share my whole entire experience with you guys, I hope you enjoy.
